Anticipate your arrival: contact us several weeks before your departure to organize your sessions and send your dialysis file.

  • Contact the medical secretariat several weeks before your departure.
  • Send your dialysis file and your medical prescription.
  • Bring Vitale card, social security certificate and ID.
  • Chronic kidney failure is covered at 100 % by Social Security.
  • Units spread across the island remain close to your vacation spot.
  • A liaison letter will be given to you at the end of your stay.

8 autodialysis units spread across Martinique allow patients to benefit from local care in a comfortable environment (air conditioning, adjustable chairs, televisions, snacks, etc.). The sessions take place according to fixed time slots in line with medical prescriptions.
